Policies and Guidelines

              ADRAL

We accept only original manuscripts that have neither been submitted nor published elsewhere in any form. Authors must ensure their work does not infringe on others’ rights or contain unlawful statements. The copyright of all published manuscripts remains with ADR & The Law, which reserves the exclusive right to publish, edit, and distribute the work across various platforms. For multi-authored articles, the corresponding author must obtain written consent from all co-authors. While we strive to prevent plagiarism, any legal liability arising from copied or unauthorized content shall rest solely with the author.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind review process before publication. Each submission is carefully evaluated by our editorial team, moving through multiple review stages to ensure quality and clarity. If a manuscript is rejected at any stage, it will not proceed further. Only those that pass the final editorial review are considered for publication. If revisions are needed, authors will be notified via email, and only after the suggested changes are made will the article be published on ADR & The Law.
